Time is Running Out

Welcome to the “Buzzer Beater Challenge” promotion (the “Promotion”) where you will have the opportunity to complete challenges and earn exclusive rewards.

The Promotion will begin at 12:01am ET on Monday, October 30, 2017 and end at 11:59pm ET on Sunday, November 5, 2017 (the “Promotional Period”). During the Promotional Period, FanDuel will offer a variety of challenges for players to complete (“Challenges”). Players can choose from any Challenge listed and earn challenge points (“Points”) for completing them during the Promotion Period. Players will earn a reward based on the number of Points they accumulate during the Promotion Period (“Reward”). Challenges must be completed during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible for Points. Any Challenges completed before or after the Promotion Period will not count towards a player’s Points total. Players may only earn Points once for completing a specific Challenge. In other words, completing the same Challenge multiple times will not increase a player’s Points total.

A player will earn one (1) Point for each of the following four (4) Challenges completed during the Promotion Period: i) enter any NBA Dribbler contest with an entry fee of $1; ii) enter at least two NFL H2H contests with an entry fee of $1 or more that do not result in a tie; iii) enter the Golden Five contest starting on 11/5; iv) Download the FREE FanDuel Scout app, and log in via their FanDuel account. For the Scout challenge, players must download the FanDuel Scout app to their mobile device, and link their FanDuel account to the app when creating an account on the Scout app. If a player does not not link their FanDuel account to the FanDuel Scout app, they will not receive credit for this Challenge.

A player will earn two (2) Points for each of the following four (4) Challenges completed during the Promotion Period: i) enter the NFL Sunday Million contest starting on 11/5 with an entry fee of $7; ii) enter any NBA Shot contest with an entry fee of $3 or more; iii) enter any NHL Breakaway contest with an entry fee of $4; iv) enter any NFL Omaha contest with an entry fee of $5. For the NFL Omaha contest challenge, this contest can be either an NFL Mini or NFL Mini Unlimited contest.

A player will earn three (3) Points for each of the following four (4) Challenges completed during the Promotion Period: i) enter any NBA contest with an entry fee of $5 or more; ii) enter any NHL contest with an entry fee of $5 or more; iii) enter any NFL Sweep contest with an entry fee of $25; iv) play in an NFL Friends Mode Championship League that runs its first contest on November 5, 2017.

At the end of the Promotion Period, users will earn Rewards based on their Points total, as per the table below:

All FanDuel Points earned during the Promotion will be automatically deposited into players’ FanDuel accounts on or before Monday, November 6, 2017.

The $1,000 NFLFree Play (“NFL Free Play”) will begin at 1pm ET on Sunday, November 12, 2017. Players rewarded with an entry into the NFL Free Play will see their entry on their “Vouchers” page by 11/6/17. Users are responsible for redeeming their voucher and submitting their lineup before the contest locks. Players are only eligible to receive a maximum of one (1) entry into the NFL Free Play. Any instance of individuals registering multiple accounts on FanDuel in order to earn additional entries will result in disqualification from the Promotion, revoking of any prizes earned as part of the Promotion, and possible suspension from FanDuel.

$10K Buzzer Beater Showdown contest and prizing:

The $10K Buzzer Beater Showdown contest (“Buzzer Beater Showdown”) will take place at 1:00pm ET on Sunday, November 12, 2017.

To gain eligibility into the Buzzer Beater Showdown, a player must have a Points total of 10 or more Points at the end of the Promotion Period. Players are only eligible to receive a maximum of one (1) entry into the Buzzer Beater Showdown. Any instance of individuals registering multiple accounts on FanDuel in order to earn additional entries will result in disqualification from the Promotion, revoking of any prizes earned as part of the Promotion, and possible suspension from FanDuel.

Entry in the Buzzer Beater Showdown; eligible players will see their entry into the Buzzer Beater Showdown on their “Vouchers” page by 11/6/17. Users are responsible for redeeming their voucher and submitting their lineup before the contest locks.

The top 2,545 participants in the Buzzer Beater Showdown (“Showdown Winners”) will be awarded with a prize as per the table below:

Standard FanDuel scoring rules for fantasy football contests apply to the NFL Free Play and the Buzzer Beater Showdown. You can find all scoring rules at https://www.fanduel.com/rules.

In the event of any ties between two or more participants for a prize in the NFL Free Play or the Buzzer Beater Showdown, all tied participants will split the cash value of the prize.

All US and Canadian residents who comply with our eligibility rules for free and paid entry games in our Terms of Use are eligible to win a prize as part of this Promotion. Users physically located in Alabama, Arizona, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, Texas and Washington are not eligible to participate in or win a prize from Challenges that require an entry fee to complete in this Promotion and may not use FDP to enter any contests on FanDuel. FanDuel employees may enter the competition for testing purposes but are not eligible to win any prizes. Employees and operators of other daily fantasy sports sites are not eligible for this Promotion.

All US resident prize winners will be required to provide address and social security details prior to receiving their prize if their prize exceeds $600 in value. Winners are responsible for paying all taxes, fees, registration and insurance, for any prizes won in connection with this contest, including non-cash prizes.

The decisions made by FanDuel management regarding, but not limited to, eligibility, winners, scoring, rules, prizes and compliance is in accordance with FanDuel’s Terms of Use. No correspondence will be entered into. FanDuel reserves the right to make reasonable changes to these terms, (a) to ensure the fairness of competition, and (b) in response to unanticipated developments (such as technical failures, errors, acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, changes in applicable law, interruption in the NFL/NBA/NHL seasons, failure of stats provider, and failure to obtain a minimum number of entrants).

FanDuel may require prize winners to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility to confirm their identity and eligibility for the Promotion.

In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Promotion, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I agree as follows:

• I represent that I am over 18 years of age. I agree hereby to provide government-issued photo identification to FanDuel to verify my identity and date of birth.
• I represent that I am not an employee or operator of another daily fantasy site that charges entrance fees or offers cash prizes. Further, I represent that I do not, by virtue of affiliation with another daily fantasy site, have access to the site’s pre-release non-public confidential data about contest-related information.
• I reaffirm my agreement to:
